Les Hôtels Baverez sanitary measures

The health and safety of our guests and employees is always our top priority. Accordingly, a wide range of health and safety measures in keeping with the guidelines of the World Health Organization, as well as those of the National and Regional Health Authorities, have been instituted by our dedicated team.

Behind the scene in the "invisible" work area dedicated to our employees we have implemented barriers and appropriate social distancing. The cleaning frequency of all area has been increased and each employee has access to disposable masks and sanitizer.

We are working to guarantee the best experiences to our guests.
 

GUEST TRANSPORT

  • Vehicle occupancy will be limited as per Government rules.
  • Drivers will be wearing personal protective equipment.
  • The vehicle will be disinfected with every arrival & departure.

ENTRÉE / ENTRANCE

  • Face masks and gloves will be available to guests upon request, as well as antiseptic solution dispensers.

CHECK-IN

  • Antiseptic solution dispensers will be available on all counters.
  • Pre-check-in or online check-in will be encouraged.
  • High-touch surfaces and objects will be cleaned and disinfected regularly.

PUBLIC AREAS

  • Cleaning and disinfection of high-touch surfaces in public areas will be carried out regularly, with appropriate products. This includes handrails, elevator floor buttons, counters, door and window handles, washroom taps, among others.
  • Ventilation in public areas will be checked regularly every day to ensure indoor air quality.
  • All public toilets will be equipped with antiseptic solutions for hand hygiene and disinfection.

LIFTS

  • Hand sanitizer dispensers will be available at the entrance of each lift.
  • Lift capacity may be reduced as directed by health authorities, and all areas of the lift will be cleaned and disinfected.

GUEST ROOMS

  • Room cleaning will follow a set of rules to ensure accurate disinfection and hygiene. Procedures will be monitored by our Chief Housekeeper and appropriately communicated to guests.
  • If you wish to have your room cleaned during your absence, please contact housekeeping service in advance.
  • The “turndown” service will not be performed unless it is requested in advance.
  • An anti-COVID kit (one per person) will be available upon request in each room including mask, gel, and gloves.
  • Disinfectant materials will be available on request in addition to the existing amenities.
  • Rooms will be completely cleaned with the recommended antiseptic products, after each departure.

RESTAURANTS AND BARS

  • The occupancy of bars and restaurants may be reduced in accordance with the guidelines set by the health authorities.
  • Hand sanitizer dispensers will be available at the entrance and its use will be encouraged.
  • Staff will be trained to maintain social distance in relation to guests.
  • Disposable paper napkins will be used for breakfasts only.

GYM & SPA

  • The wellness and fitness are freely accessible to hotel guests only.
  • These areas are subject to thorough cleaning, in accordance with hygiene standards.

BUSINESS CENTRE

  • The capacity will be limited to one person, distribution of existing furniture will be reorganized.
  • Each desk, equipment and working area will be disinfected after each guest leaves.

CHECK-OUT

  • The same measures, regarding social distancing and hygiene, which were applied to check-in, will be adopted.
  • A proforma invoice will be issued and sent by email in advance.
  • Electronic payment will be encouraged to avoid physical contact.
  • Sanitizers will be available so that guests can disinfect the payment terminal and mobile phone.
